The upset of Jean Schmidt by Brad Wenstrup in Ohio's second congressional district may not be the only scalp the Tea Party will take this spring. Aside from Senator Dick Lugar in Indiana another venerable RINO Senator is in jeopardy. My money is on Lugar to hold on to his scalp simply because Richard Mourdock is more of a RINO than he is but Utah's six term Senator Orrin Hatch may be about to join former Utah Senator Bob Bennett in the Salt Lake City Home for Washed Up RINOs. When Congressman Jason Chaffetz declined to run for the Senate most thought that Hatch was secure in his seat but state Senator Dan Liljenquist is in the race and is regarded as a very formidable threat.
The actual nominating convention will be held April 21st but the delegates to that convention will be selected in Tuesday's precinct caucuses.
How on earth can you say Richard Mourdock is a RINO?! He supports gun rights, is antibailout, pro-border enforcement, and pro constitutionalist justices! I am just shocked reading this. I'm an avid volunteer for Mourdock, so please explain.
