Ted Cruz Leads in Poll

I guess politics is more of a sport in Texas than the rest of the country. The chore or replace retiring Kay Bailey Hutchinson has going on for two years but he end is in sight. Ted Cruz is leading David (Bigfoot) Dewhurst in the Republican primary runoff for U.S. Senate in Texas, according to a new internal poll released by the Cruz campaign. Forty-nine percent of respondents said they support Cruz, with 40 percent supporting Dewhurst. Cruz, a Tea Party favorite, will be all but assured of winning against whatever candidate the Democrats put up in the general election.
