Katie Pavlich at Townhall.com has written a book on Fast and Furious. Today she is reporting with documentation that the FBI had Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry's killers in custody and unexplainably let them go. The above BORTEC document was obtained by Townhall. Pavlich has more images on her post which I will not copy here. In light of these documents it's understandable that the Department of Justice has stone walled the investigation. Who the hell but the Attorney General can issue a get out of jail free card to the murderers of a border agent? Why were the assassins released? Can we expect this DOJ to ever apprehend them again? Certainly the FBI is involved in the cover up but what about Homeland Security?
