Well, ok, in fact, she's a dog. I mean, seriously. In addition to that sad fact, she's not a nice person who lies and weaves across the stage while speaking spin and hackery to the world.
So she gets up on the stage to start the DNC convention, crowing about how "open and accessible' and "diverse", "most vibrant, inclusive and energized" this party is.
Ok, well, we know that's all a spiel to get The One re-elected so he can reinfect the economy with Oneness, aka Disaster.

She's not a dog from an African-American perspective. Although Debbie Wasserman Schultz is not supposed to have any sub-Saharan linage, she does resemble a woman who could be mixed race. But if you want to judge beauty from a European paradigm, then your view of black African beauty must be lacking.
