I've heard plenty about the low reading and math scores in Chicago schools but assumed they were talking about the students. Why of course this young man deserves to be making $76,000 per year. Neighborhood is hard to spell. Just two weeks ago I wrote a post, Not in my negrohood ,in which a Democratic office seeker sent out thousands of mailer lamenting the crime rate in his negrohood.
