Romney Edges Ahead in Wisconsin
Paul Ryan has put the Romney team ahead by 1 point in Wisconsin. In the latest PPP poll Romney leads Obama 48% to 47%, a 7 point swing from an earlier PPP poll. Ryan has 49/ 46 favorability rating which may not be breathtaking but it is the best in the 4 man field.
PPP surveyed 1,308 likely Wisconsin voters from August 16th to 19th. The margin of error for the survey is +/-2.7%. While the 1 point edge may seem insignificant remember my earlier post showing Obama being down $62 million in the cash on hand department. Now a state that was thought to be in the Obama column is a toss up and if nothing else it will force the Obama campaign to further stretch its limited resources.
