Sebelius out of touch with reality

In addition to the incredible incompetence of this administration in the rollout and administration of Obamacare, the lack of transparency is laughably like an old comedy skit series I used to watch called SCTV.
Characters on SCTV were often insincere cartoonish parodies of Hollywood types. One character was a blonde Hollywood actress emulating Mother Teresa, who was more than confused by the actress's phony aping.
Watching Kathleen Sebelius, who has to be one of the dumbest people on the planet, move her mouth toward the microphone to utter a bald lie and then move away with pursed lips and shaking head is truly entertaining.
She was interviewed by Illinois Rep. Shimkus who tried to get her to admit that health care bills have and are going up because of Obama's policies.
She simply refused to acknowledge that having an item in a shopping cart was not the same as actually purchasing it.
  Shimkus asked:
Now, you cannot say, as you have numerous times, that these preventative care services are quote/unquote free-of-charge, can you?”
Sebelius said, “They are free to the consumer, yes sir.”
Shimkus argued that it was absurd to contend that prices are lower when they simply are not but Sebelius refused to admit it, claiming that purchasers will have no deductible and no co-pay, even in the face of reality.
The entire insincere cartoonish exchange is below. It's really not to be believed.
But then, our lyin' eyes have been deceiving us for over 5 years, eh?

Now, you cannot say, as you have numerous times, that these preventative care services are quote/unquote free-of-charge, can you?”
Sebelius said, “They are free to the consumer, yes sir.”
