Unbelievable story about enemas

This is one of the most disgusting stories I have ever heard.
This story is so disgusting let's put a break in here in case you don't want to read on. Spare yourself. Or read it and be really, really glad you don't live in New Mexico.

So this guy is driving in his town and doesn't make a complete stop at a stop sign. A couple cops see him, pull him over and decide to unlawfully search his car. Then they bring a drug dog in as the guy's standing there; surprisingly, the dog sniffs the guy's rear end suggestively which all the cops need to "observe" that the supposed perp is "standing erect with his legs together" and "buttocks clenched." (Drug dogs, this one untrained, can be wrong 84% of the time. Apparently there's another victim of these same cops who also committed a minor traffic violation and was subjected to humiliating and rights- violating treatment.)
What follows this behavior, which is already bad, is incredible, detailed in various places around the web. He's held unlawfully for 14 hours, subjected to numerous anal searches, mockery & derision in front of others, and ultimately a colonoscopy, none of which he consented to and none of which were legal.
  Here's a rundown from TechDirt:
1. Eckert's abdominal area was x-rayed; no narcotics were found.
2. Doctors then performed an exam of Eckert's anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.
3. Doctors performed a second exam of Eckert's anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.
4. Doctors penetrated Eckert's anus to insert an enema. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.
5. Doctors penetrated Eckert's anus to insert an enema a second time. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.
6. Doctors penetrated Eckert's anus to insert an enema a third time. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.
7. Doctors then x-rayed Eckert again; no narcotics were found.
8. Doctors prepared Eckert for surgery, sedated him, and then performed a colonoscopy where a scope with a camera was inserted into Eckert's anus, rectum, colon, and large intestines. No narcotics were found.
Are you sure you heard that? At no time were any drugs found.
And the rotten "hospital" that performed these procedures sent the so-called perp a bill for $6000, threatening him with a collection agency if he didn't pay for the shocking treatment he was subjected to during these illegal procedures.
You can read the court documents and TechDirt story here. More here.
I hope he sues their asses and they get everything they deserve.
