The price of silence was $35,000

So the accuser of Herman Cain received $35,000 to go away. That was the price for her silence.
Why, then, does she need Cain to waive the confidentiality agreement? What's the purpose of such an agreement if the person comes back later to persecute the original so-called offender?
So her lawyer (more money down the drain) is demanding that the federally employed Ivy League educated woman have a forum.
All she has to do is give back the $35,000.
Is that such a big deal?
Perhaps there really is no honor among thieves.
  An agreement is an agreement.
