The mysterious disappearance of the Penn State DA

Thirteen years ago Penn State's Jerry Sandusky was being investigated for sexual abuse by DA Ray Gricar who never prosecuted him.
Gricar's life was certainly strange; his disappearance has been depicted in several television shows.
A mother complained to the DA Gricar about Sandusky's behavior in 1998; apparently this meant nothing.
Ray Gricar's disappearance is as strange as his decision not to prosecute Sandusky.
The last day he was seen he took a half day off work, told his girlfriend he was going for a drive and was never seen again.
His vehicle was found near a river with his cell phone still in the car;  his laptop was found in the river, missing its hard drive, which was later found with search terms of ""how to wreck a hard drive", "how to fry a hard drive", and "water damage to a notebook computer".     The hard drive was indeed badly damaged by water.
There were cigarette ashes in the passenger's ash tray, something he never allowed anyone to do in his vehicle.
Was there sufficient evidence? Some even suspect the DA is still alive.
Reports of sexual abuse by Sandusky four years apart yielded no prosecution. Sandusky even admitted he had been naked in the shower with the boy.
In April of 2005, Gricar disappeared, declared legally dead in July of 2011. No body was ever found.
There was no question that this was a conspiracy to keep this information from the public. Everyone knew, from the custodians to the legal authorities for Penn State, yet no one stopped a pedophile from committing abominable acts on children.

  1. Several District Attorneys from neighboring counties have accused the Centre County`s D.A. of a massive cover-up

Clinton County D.A. Ted Mcknight and Montour County D.A. Robert W. Buehner.
