Our distinguished DOJ now wants to make it a crime to lie on websites like Facebook and Match.com.
This position contrasts with a previous position in which they claimed they needed the right to lie to the public about records (depending on what the meaning of the word "records" is) but then supposedly backed down on that admission.
But then.
How would we know?
