As everyone knows who has been following this story, Joe Paterno has hired high powered Washington lawyer, Wick Sollers. He has also retained a "crisis communications expert" or spin doctor Dan McGinn of TMG Strategies. Moodys has warned that Penn State may have its debt downgraded and Mike McQueary has been placed on administrative leave.The fact that McQueary who witnessed Sandusky sodomizing an underage boy and failed to report it to the police and Curley and Schultz, who are charged with perjury, are having their legal expenses paid for by Penn State screams for outside investigation. That may happen. If indeed Sandusky transported a minor across state lines as it appears he did took at least one victim to a bowl game in Texas it a federal rap.
