Here's the truth: if you are an attractive female politician, you can guarantee you'll be called stupid, your character will be sexualized or someone will claim they had an affair with you. This does not happen to males. Look at John Edwards. His affair was right in everyone's faces, yet they refused to report on it. Clinton, same deal (not that he's attractive). But Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachmann and now Nikki Haley. If you haven't been following the Nikki Haley brouhaha, there's a rundown of it here. She's running for governor of South Carolina. No proof offered. Just a man's word.
