Cedra Crenshaw is an articulate spokeswoman the conservative point of view. She is a black tea partier from Illinois who is struggling to remain on the ballot. She appeared on Fox & Friends Monday morning to state her case. The democrat machine in Illinois has contrived a scheme to boot her from the ballot so that the democrat Wilhelmi is running UNOPPOSED. What was Crenshaw's crime?
Here is why she has been tossed off the ballot: a new law regarding language on her petition. As we have watched Congress pass law after law after law after regulation regarding every little thing involved in daily life, again we have government working against the average citizen to maintain the status quo of incumbent politician:
Wilhelmi appeared on Fox & Friends this morning to refute her complaints. What did he say? Nothing. His comment was basically that this was politics and she hadn't followed the rules and she has to follow the rules just like everyone else. Mind you: her "crime" that booted her from the ballot was a minor language mistake.
This is the point of Dennis Byrne's article on Crenshaw: the political class is deaf to the rage that is building around them, so deaf that they continue to commit acts like this to insulate themselves from any sort of accountability.
