Congressman "not aware" of New Black Panther case

This would be laughable if it weren't such a tragedy: the people in Brad Sherman's district are fully aware of the racism bubbling up in the Department of Justice because of the whistleblower Adams' resignation from DoJ and subsequent testimony in front of the civil rights commission. Video of the New Black Panthers and their hateful speech and voter intimidation has been all over FNC, the internet, the blogosphere, but because it hasn't been covered in the MSM and probably isn't being talked about in liberal circles, Sherman isn't "aware" of it or its radical implications.
It is truly remarkable how well informed conservative citizens are these days; their numbers are growing partly because of performances such as this by Sherman. The audience erupts in anger and astonishment when Sherman smiles condescendingly and says that he knows of no DoJ policy to enforce the rights of black Americans and not white Americans and that it must be just something the citizen read "on the internet somewhere." He's smug when he says it, as if these right wing loons are just so conspiracy minded that they have no concept of reality.
This is the state of our legislature today. They don't read the bills they pass, they don't know what laws and regulations they have just created, they don't know what the Department of Justice is doing and they ridicule people who do. They don't bother learning for themselves the truth.
This is why they want control over the internet. This is why Glenn Beck is a target. (If he's so wrong, why don't they confront him about his mistakes? Do it on camera.) This is why they specifically mention the news outlet FNC and specifically target citizens such as Rush Limbaugh.
These alternate sources of news are threats to their Chicago thuggery and ignorance.
Take heart, concerned citizen. We are on the march.  WE WILL NOT BE SILENCED.
