As per usual when it has something to hide the HHS released 1296 pages of new rules that will directly and adversely effect Medicare patients. The rules will make it more difficult for Medicare recipients to find a doctor. It will burden doctors who treat Medicare patients with more than 5 million hour of labor annually.
