Judge Orders False Arrest On Camera

A judge is caught on camera ordering a false arrest. His solution was to ban cameras form the courthouse. The offender was jailed for two days before posting $5000 bond and faces a felony charge of "improper influence".

  1. What was particularly egregious about this incident was the judge's ex cathedra ruling that NO cameras would be allowed to film anything after this incident? WHAT are these people afraid of?

  2. The broad ruling is probably not something the judge would like to defend in federal court. I wouldn't be surprised if he is eventually disbarred over this. Then again this is NH.
