I'm not familiar with Congressman Pat Meehan, a Republican from Pennsylvania, but he certainly knows how to question a witness. In the video the William Newell, former head of the Phoenix ATF field office reveals that the IRS, the DEA, and ICE were all full partners in operation Fast and Furious.
