First her husband filed a domestic violence order against her, and now a Monticello, Kentucky woman faces more charges after she attacked the judge. In addition to a 120-day contempt of court sentence, Melissa Harvick of Wayne County also faces counts of terroristic threatening and intimidation. And it just keeps gettinng worse! After the altercation, the judge ruled that the domestic violence order will remain intact.
