Northwest Ohio supports Lake Schools

  Wonderful news!
Once again, our community of Northwest Ohio came together to support tornado ravaged Lake Schools. After the tornado, people donated money, volunteered to clean the area and generally assisted the community in repairing itself, so much so that the feds decided they didn't need to offer any assistance because we had already taken care of the problem.
Kohl's Cares offered $500,000 to 20 schools who could get the top votes  in a two month contest. As of Friday (the last day of the contest), word was that Lake High School was number 20, hovering on losing a place in the contest.
But Northwest Ohio came through and boosted them to number 1! They won, which is a wonderful feel-good story.
A big thanks to Kohl's for offering this opportunity.
  Read about it here.
