ReplyDeleteI think he ran as an Independent but it was by default, as I recall, because the other Democrat was the party favorite. I think he's a good guy. He seems to have practical ideas he's willing to back up with action.

I didn't think he could have possibility been a Republican. Not in Toledo
ReplyDeleteHey, we had a Republican mayor once. DONNA OWENS was her name. I'd say percentage wise, the number of Republicans in office in Toledo over the years is probably...10%.
