Don't they care about Granny anymore, now that Paul Ryan has run the wheelchair off the cliff?
Don't they understand the HARDSHIP and HUMILIATION of being old, needing DEPENDS to be able to go to the Senior Center?
Do they want all the old people to just sit at home in their underpants, soiling their easy chairs, just because they have NO ACCESS to DIAPERS?
OTHERS have the government pay for their diapers, needed or not.
