The EPA has rated the Fisker Karma as a sub compact. The rating won't change the Karma's lamentable mileage rating. The MPGe-the rating used for electric cars by computing the electricity to charge a drained batter is 20 mpg or about the same as a 10 year old Ford F150. As we noted before Henrik Fisker is an auto designer who has never manufactured so much as Ronco Salad Shooter. He was able to extract a $529 million loan from the Department of Energy. Al Gore's venture capital firm is an investor in Fisker Motors which manufactures its cars in Finland.
