Morning roundup

Powerline has two great articles up today, one about the global warming scam (If they really believed it, why did they have that big rally Saturday and trash the mall?) and one about Geert Wilders and what he has faced regarding his opposition to violent Islam.
The most effective article I've read recently about the "disconnect" that Washington is suffering from and why the people are angry is over at Pittsburg Live. If you read nothing else today, be sure to read that one.
On a completely other hand, over at The Hill good ole Sherrod Brown is claiming tea partiers are ___________(fill in the blank.) Read it here:

Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) argued in an op-ed that the Tea Party is divisive, driven by anger and doesn't like America "the way we are."
Basically he's right about the anger and "the way we are" now that Obama has ruined the economy, the healthcare system, created division through his racial politics, governmentalized the banking and auto industries, imposed thousands of pages of regulations on every business in the country, moved the oil industry from this country to Brazil and basically blown a trillion dollars  on $500,000 jobs that are going away by the end of the year. Yeah, he might be right about that. But read the whole article. He doesn't want you to mistake the tea parties for "populism." I guess poopulists are what we saw on the mall Saturday, bused in and fed by union money, tended to by communists who deserted the mall before the speakers were done. To say there was an enthusiasm gap is to put it mildly, except maybe for that lady who slugged the videographer. They always have a few slugs left for people they don't like but they sure do "HEART being ME."
Heh. Old Ed Schultz said with all the union organizations he could pull more people than Beck. See the proof over at Weasel Zippers. Heh. Fail. Another comparison over at the Washington Examiner.
The younger vote is shifting from Obamalove? I'll believe it when I see it. Washington Examiner:

For instance, a majority of voters ages 18-29 side with the majority of the American people against the president on the Arizona immigration law and the Ground Zero Mosque. According to the Rock the Vote poll, they support the Arizona immigration law, 53-44.
James Taranto is always a must read at WSJ.
Happy increased terror watch today!
