Illinois democrats subvert voters' ballots

  More schemes to swing the election are coming in from all around the country. This one includes sending out ballots to numerous voters with a return address of the Illinois DNC. This is the rationale for doing that:

The IDCC told the I-Team that they used their PO box as the return address because they "are better able to track the process and make sure there are fewer problems."

  "Track the process?" "fewer problems?" Does ANYONE believe that? Does anyone believe having to return the ballots through yet more hands makes the procedure safer? How is this legal? HOW is ANY of this legal?
