Brown: Ca's budget crisis might take a couple months to solve

Heh. Conservatives are incensed that Jerry Brown is promising free college to everyone, including illegals. He says that will be the first bill he signs. There's one caveat though. He says it'll take him a couple months to solve California's budget crisis. Bwahahaha! Really?
