Randy Barnett would make a great Supreme Court Justice. The libertarian law professor teaches at Georgetown and was an early critic of Obamacare and provided much of the intellectual heft in the legal challenge to the individual mandate. He calls the NSA snooping a fundamental challenge to popular sovereignty.
