So why isn't the Ohio Republican party publicly supporting Issues 2 & 3?

  Because from here, it looks like they're doing nothing and are nowhere to be found.
  Have we seen any promos SUPPORTING Issues 2 and 3, which are about moderating the pay and raises public employees get and healthcare freedom?
  No.
  Nothing.
  We're seeing only really, really inflammatory ones against Issues 2 and 3.
  So why is the Ohio Republican Party doing NOTHING to support these issues?
  The rumor going around in certain circles is that the Republicans are sitting on their hands, waiting for 2, especially, to go down because what they really want is to let it go up in flames so the budget will be out of control again and then they'll push for Ohio to become a right-to-work state next year.
  So it really is all about games playing then? 
  Not about accomplishing what's possible at the time but rather setting up the chess board and hoping you can get what you want?
  Doesn't it make MORE sense that you get what you want incrementally?
  Why do establishment Republicans (corporatists?) have to blow it every time? 
  Why do they have to play people like they're puppets on strings?
  Get real, establishment Republicans, or go home.
  Also good luck getting any money out of the Tea Partiers.
