Truth: In a real mob, you avoid confrontation.

Is the Left winning? Observing the drama that is taking place around the nation, one would certainly think so.
At the terrorism hearings, Ellison broke down in tears, weeping, sobbing over the perception of Muslim bigotry he claimed had taken place following 9/11. He could barely articulate his story, stopping frequently to wipe tears and deeply draw in breath after breath. Apparently this emotional recitation was stunningly difficult for him, as it is reported he rushed from the room after his testimony, perhaps to acquired more onion juice.
Democrats around the room were seen to be wiping away tears in response to his tale.
And indeed a tale it was.
  A fairy tale.
  From NRO:
Does Ellison’s account check out with reality?

No. It is actually pretty close to the opposite of the truth. In fact, six weeks after the September 11 attacks — before Hamdani’s remains were identified, which Ellison implies to be the turning point of public perception — Congress signed the PATRIOT Act into law with this line included: “Many Arab Americans and Muslim Americans have acted heroically during the attacks on the United States, including Mohammed Salman Hamdani, a 23-year-old New Yorker of Pakistani descent, who is believed to have gone to the World Trade Center to offer rescue assistance and is now missing.” That is, Hamdani was actually singled out for particular high honors among the thousands of victims of the September 11 attacks.
In drama elsewhere, Democrats, socialists and communists continue to besiege Republicans who voted against the union busting taking place in Wisconsin.
Violent death threats, rushing the building, screaming and the kind of bizarre behavior that is more reminiscent of Greece than this country have become common the last month, and are being aped around the country.
Dirty tricks by the Democrats elicited howls of anger about dirty tricks by....Republicans!
So how did Wisconsin Democrat Mark Pocan respond to the death threats against his peers? Did he call for civility? Did he ask for restraint? Did he ask his followers not to use words like "target" or "crosshairs"?
  Well, nooooo.
He posted on FAcebook a picture of Republicans, whom he labeled "chickenshit," trying to escape the mob, as if trying to keep one's life and health secure were an offense to the state, and certainly the mob outside.
So avoiding death threats is now cowardly.
  Funny.
Let's compare the triumphant Democrats choosing to walk through the Tea Party "mob." Do they look fearful of the group of protesters?
Is this the same thing?
Observing the behavior of the politicians in DC and Madison is quite revealing.
Real fear means you take the back stairs.
Arrogance means you parade joyously in front of the mob, carrying a gavel that indicates you "rule," regardless of what the "mob" thinks.
So let's put to rest any notion that the Democrats thought Tea Partiers represented any danger at all.
They didn't think that and they weren't.
We've seen real fear. We've seen real threats.
We now know what that looks like.
One was danger. The other was drama.
King Bloat Michael Moore can wave a corpulent hand declaring that "this is war," but the truth is it's not war.
It's anarchy, not war. The other side isn't fighting back. They're trying to defend themselves.
In fact, the faces of the people who've been rushing the Capitol building in Madison look familiar. Excluding a few greyhaired individuals, many of the squatters look just like the anarchists who firebombed Toronto, Greece and every other anarchist target.
We haven't seen the firebombing yet, but they've found ammo and death threats are common.
Intimidation continues. The Left doesn't like opposition.
There are dark forces at work in this country.
  We remain vigilant.
