Meltdowns all around

About that nuclear reactor meltdown, from Business Insider:

I repeat, there was and will *not* be any significant release of radioactivity from the damaged Japanese reactors.
By "significant" I mean a level of radiation of more than what you would receive on - say - a long distance flight, or drinking a glass of beer that comes from certain areas with high levels of natural background radiation.
After reading this article and having understood, maybe one third of it, one has to wonder if any news source can be trusted these days. They not only don't seem to be doing their homework, but seem to be pushing civic journalism. That is, bending the news toward what they want their reader believe.
Over at the White House, where the partying continues, they're telling people they don't want a Supreme Court review of Obamacare, the name of which has been determined by Democrats to be an insult. In an effort to suspend transparency in government, the White House says at least they were transparent. Go figure. Quoted at Jacksonville.com:
"We had to make so many decisions quickly in a very difficult set of circumstances that after a while, we started worrying more about getting the policy right than getting the process right," Obama said. "But I had campaigned on process -- part of what I had campaigned on was changing how Washington works, opening up, transparency. . . . The health care debate as it unfolded legitimately raised concerns not just among my opponents, but also amongst supporters that we just don't know what's going on."
Just asking: Why did you have to make many decisions quickly? Why? (Answer: you were trying to rush it through because you knew no one wanted it. )
Why were the circumstances difficult? (Answer: They were difficult because you made them difficult. It's an unpopular, ruinous bill that no one wanted. YOU wanted to make the power grab.
Why don't you know what's going on? Why? (Answer: because you are a clueless political hack who only cares about partying, golfing and running other people's lives.)
