  And the reasoning for that would be...what?
  The vacation off to Latin America?

  The soccer playing in the face of tragedy?
  The complete and utter lack of concern about the well being of any of the Libyans? 

  The shipping off of the Illinois National Guard to Libya?

  Now The One's defenders are scrambling to "explain" Obama's rationale.         
 They're trying to justify that Obama, who rushed into this, is a "reluctant warrior" but Bush, who had the consensus of numerous nations and the UN, not to mention John Kerry and Hillary Clinton, was a "cowboy."
