Global warm, er, change, er cooling...Wait, which is it?

Almost as phony as Punxsatawney Phil not seeing his shadow and anticipating an early spring are the proclamations by chunky Al Gore (too many fatty foods, Al? Hope you enjoyed it.) that the cold weather we're seeing is a result of, ta da! global warming.
How cold is it in Northwest Ohio?
So cold and frozen that the tea party pup won't leave her spot at the fireplace, much less visit the great outdoors to relieve herself. Colder yet tonight.
The link to Gore's blog is here; note the link at the lower left hand of the page to his "investment" company, which hopes to scam lots of money from useful idiots.
Indeed, the whole global warming scheme has proved financially profitable to many individuals, politicians and investors alike, across the country.
If you don't own a private jet your self around the world, to alleviate your guilt for flying, you might want to contribute to the income redistribution by buying carbon offsets at airport kiosks, which will prove to be "better than nothing," according to a useful idiot contributor quoted later in this article over at NPR. Also note that NPR just matter of factly accepts the concept of global warming (which some wags have renamed globull warming). NPR:
Airplanes spew harmful greenhouse gases into the air. San Francisco International Airport is taking a step to help ease these concerns: It's the first airport to install self-serve kiosks where passengers can purchase carbon offsets for their flights.
Try a search for the term global warming on Google. The first return will be for global warming, with an offering of did you really mean "globull warming"? Just Google's little helping hand to the cause of income redistribution. (The planet's on fire! It's on fire! We're all going to die!)
Who stands to benefit from the global warming scare, in addition to Al Gore, who's set to become the first carbon billionaire?
To loosely quote Joe Bastardi of Accuweather regarding global warming, who regards the coming age as a cooling era, why is your answer always right?
They've had to adapt their phrase from global warming to global climate change to remain somewhat relevant to the discussion. Indeed some former believers are beginning to back off from the claim, probably because the tactic is no longer working and they need a new business model.
But somehow their answers are always right.
  If only.
