Where the hell has Peggy Noonan and her crowd been? Here Peggy announces that the Republicans want to bring down the Washington political class. No kidding? This is insightful? My God! Michele Bachmann and Rick Perry have built their entire campaigns around that theme. Actually Noonan is partially mistaken. Many members of the Republican Party want nothing more than to be part of that class just as she and George Will are but the Tea Party wing of the Republican Party would be happy to exile the whole political establishment.
