Chris Horner of the Competitive Enterprise Institute does his best to be a pain in the neck of the EPA (Employment Prevention Agency as he calls it) and the global warming alarmists. He has embarrassed NASA and the EPA with his FOIA requests. Here he explains the flaws in the EPA's latest finding on fracking or hydraulic fracturing which the green energy realizes is a existential threat to their future. They can see once drilling starts and people prosper that, that congressional district will not elect anyone of their persuasion. That's why I think the next administration must open the Baltimore Canyon to oil exploration. That would put every seaside congressional district from North Carolina to New Jersey firmly in the drill, baby drill camp along with ten senators.
