It seems a little early to make such an announcement but South Carolina Senator Jim DeMint says he won't be a candidate for reelection in 2016. DeMint says he believes in term limits and will limit himself to two terms . Senator Tom Coburn of Oklahoma is also limiting himself to two terms and will retire in 2016 also.
