Seriously??

Will these people just get a grip on themselves? (cough. Ok. I could have phrased that better, considering Democrats and Weinergate and all that handy stuff.)
Now we have some dodo saying Palin can't be taken seriously because of...what?
What she's wearing in her cover shot on Newsweek? A hoodie?
Didn't *they* also say that when some mag (wasn't it Newsweek again) stole a shot of her in shorts and running shoes from Runner's World?
This isn't even worth writing about which doesn't really explain this post.
  It's just so stupid.
I mean, it's Susan Feinberg stupid.
Considering all the crappy pictures we've been subjected to of golfing shorts and weenie mom jeans and stupid bike helmets.
I mean, SERIOUSLY? Did those MOM jeans look presidential? Did the girlie throw at the ball game look presidential? Trying to walk through a window at the White House? Stuffing the face with a weiner? Walking around in just a swimsuit? Trying to stuff an open umbrella through a narrow door?
  I DON"T THINK SO!
  The Blaze has SOME pics:

She can’t possibly be taken seriously as a presidential contender dressed like that, especially since this is the second time she has graced Newsweek in a less-than-presidential pose,” Capehart writes, referring to Palin’s casual look.
Seriously?
I agree that image goes a long way in presidential politics, but since when is a determined, hands-on-the-hip pose “less-than-presidential”?  I have a sneaking feeling his fashion critique has more to do with a personal disdain for Palin‘s politics than any substantive critique of the former Alaska governor’s image.  Or perhaps Capehart is simply pining for the past days of mandatory pantsuit uniforms for female political contenders.
They really must be desperate. Desperate. And it's a pretty sorry state that this is what passes for political commentary these days.
This and what somebody drinks at a private dinner with their non-political friends.
