Tom Smith, the former coal mine operator and Tea Party candidate has made his second television ad buy. So far he is the only Republican in a crowded field to hit the air waves. Although both the Cook Political Report and Real Clear Politics rate the Pennsylvania as likely Democrat virtually no one in the field has statewide name recognition. That will soon change.
