111 waivers granted so far to not follow the health care law. Giving out waivers is an admission that the law doesn't work and isn't fair. The news is 6 pages in on the HHS website. Unions all fighting for exemptions and getting a waiver. What about small businesses? Read over at Gateway Pundit.
