Today's election

Today is an important as far as the political winds blow. Many, many people are very, very concerned about the health care situation: first evidence, Scott Brown. As that concern has spread, it has only increased as people are already seeing evidence of the government taking over health care. Did you know that elderly folks on private insurance have been transferred to Medicare, contracted out from their private insurances? This situation has been described as a "nightmare." Lots of red tape, paperwork, rejections and on, as is typical of government programs. Did you know that if you are on Medicaid all your bills are automatically paid, including 24/7 care but this is not true of any private insurance? So basically we are creating several tiers of society: those who benefit from government largesse/foolishness and those who must fight it.
So today's primaries are EXTREMELY important as they indicate how the winds are blowing. We will be watching anxiously. Remember if you are in Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Arkansas......don't forget to vote.
