The oceans aren't receding

Well, here's the thing. You live by the sword, you die by the...All the monkeys who were on Bush after 9/11 and Katrina have suddenly wakened at the nightmare going on with the oil leak. Lots of weak protestations starting up around the country from his own people (well, the east and left coasts, where the MSM resides) about the inaction of the president to the crisis.

So what's he do ? He vacations.
He has only visited the area once, while Bush visited the Katrina area 7 times. Bush had offered federal help the day before the levees broke and it was rejected, while Jindal is begging the feds to back off and let him put up a barrier to save the marshlands.
Then word comes the The Messiah got into a snit with the Republicans when he deigned to have a luncheon (at taxpayer expense) with them and they weren't compliant to his wishes. The weasels who are Republicans finally seem to be growing spines, as they actually mocked his behavior publicly.
The economy continues to worsen, and the Bam's spokesman Gibbs is getting snippy because he's being asked too many times about the BP disaster and the Sestak scandal, which has the potential to ruin him, although his "Justice" department seems to find nothing wrong in anything he or his people do.
So what's he do? He takes a vacation. Oh, and he's not planning to waste his day off (between the parties and the golf outings and the vacations) on visiting any old war memorial.
On a day when even Imus is making fun of Dodd for trying to blame the oil spill on Bush, The One has had numerous news outlets reminding him about his vow that he was going to make the OCEANS RECEDE and the PLANET HEAL ITSELF.
     Are we sorry yet?
It was a rough day for President Barack Obama. The Sestak suspected bribery case was back in the news. Republican Governor Bobby Jindal of Louisiana attacked him for his failure to act on the Gulf oil spill crisis. The media made a stink about his second vacation this month since the devastating Gulf oil explosion. Republicans refused to support his radical leftist agenda. And, now this…
