Home sales tax clarified

Thanks to a commenter, we have a clarification (a welcomed one, that's for sure) on that 3.8% home sales tax that will help pay for the health care bill. Apparently you have to meet a certain dollar threshold to be victims of that. We'll keep an eye on this.
