Mahoning County Democratic Chairman accused of racism by his own party.

It really isn't racism we just kicked the black people out, says Democratic Party Chairman Dave Betras, of Mahoning County. Not only did Betras remove several black committee men he did it through the media rather than privately and in person. The trouble started when Betras called out several dissenting Democrats for not wearing t-shirts endorsing mayoral candidate John McNally.
