What will be the consequences of the Left's attacks on conservatives/

Robin of Berkeley, recovered leftist, blogs today about "The Cult of Obama."
You might have noticed the flash mobs appearing in our cities. You might have noticed the DOJ pursuing businesses and folks who don't, uh, look like the DOJ.
You might have noticed tension revolving around anyone who disagrees with the POTUS.
You might have noticed inflammatory, harsh and vicious language directed at Tea Partiers, conservatives and anyone who disagrees with the prevailing Left and their cronies.
Listen to Robin of Berkeley's reasoning and read the whole thing. She says this won't work:
Why are some people reaching the boiling point?  Why do many others look vacant, like in an Invasion of the Body Snatchers?  The shootings at military bases, from Little Rock to Fort Hood -- why now?
It's Obama, of course.
Liberals will excoriate me for writing this.  They'll insist that bad behavior is not Obama's fault.  He's a man of peace.
But study the phenomenon of cults, and the dynamics are always the same.  The leader can incite violence without ever getting his hands dirty.  Obama is controlling the marionette of the masses.
To his great credit, Jake Tapper pursues the story and the question when it comes to POTUS and the various questions that have arisen regarding his leadership.
Yesterday Tapper wondered why, after the Giffords shooting, Obama encouraged civility but now appears oblivious to all the viciousness directed at Obama opponents. Newsbusters:
TAPPER: Okay, well, some of us covered the campaign and recall a time when someone made some harsh comments about then-Senator Obama while- during an introduction of a McCain rally and the Obama campaign was offended and expected an apology and Senator McCain came out and did so.
CARNEY: Well- Mr. Hoffa speaks for himself. He speaks for the labor movement, AFL-CIO. The President speaks for himself. I speak for the President. What the President was glad to do yesterday was have the opportunity to present his views on working Americans and the importance of taking measures to help working Americans to create jobs to grow the economy.
Noemie Emrie wonders how long this abominable behavior can last. How long the Left can maintain their attack is up for debate. Washington Examiner:
With their dream boat imploding with President Downgrade's approval ratings, rage may be the liberals' maximum bet for survival. But even this ploy has its risks. It's now 14 months until the election. Can they keep this rage up for that long? If the Rickster flames out, it's a huge anticlimax, and their adrenaline levels fall rapidly. How can they rev themselves up for a run against Mitt, whom they're portrayed all along as the "sensible" candidate? Could Mitt be portrayed as a plausible monster? Compared to rampaging Rick, Romney would seem like a dove, and/or a genius. He becomes a nonthreatening change from a faltering president, and a draw for swing voters and Democrats. Their chances appear to be nil.
The question is: how many people will be hurt in the process of this election? Between the murderous video games, the frequent threats on the lives of Tea Partiers, the verbal abuse....who will get hurt? How many?
