The juggernaut chugs on, without regard to what we think

This breathtaking grab for power by Pelosi (has anyone seen Harry Reid lately?) and Obama is being marveled at around the political world, both right and left. Not many are choosing to actually defend it, but rather to treat it as a necessary means to the end of acquiring the "right" to health care, regardless of whether people want that "right" or not.
