CBO scores

Keeping in mind that the CBO is not supposed to be political and that all it is supposed to do is score these things according to the information fed to it by the party that wants to pass it, this score indicates that money is actually saved by the health care bill. No one believes this, of course, since there are so many gimmicks figured in,like charging people for 10 years for only 6 years' service. This is sickening and will be used to support that da%$ thing.
re: CBO Reports In [Daniel Foster]
Democratic Majority Leader Steny Hoyer says the CBO has scored the latest version of the Democrats' health-care bill, reporting its cost at $940 billion over the first ten years.Based on funding formulas similar to those provided by Democrats on earlier versions of the bill — presumably complete with frontloaded taxation, Medicare double-counting and the like — the CBO says the bill will cut deficits by $130 billion in that time.
