So where are we?

Today we are hearing grave announcements that the Dems have 214, only 2 away from putting through the HCR bill. In addition, there is ominous word of 16,000 new IRS agents paid with taxpayer dollars simply to determine and enforce whether businesses are providing "adequate" health care. And on it goes, as patriots descend on the Capitol and lawmakers try to avoid speaking with the rabble, hiding their votes until the last minute.
This HCR will bankrupt this great country; one has to see that this is the inevitable goal of the people pushing it.
So what if the unthinkable happens? We have been looking forward to the 2010 elections as the ultimate goal, but the truth is that whatever any house passes, a president must sign a bill to repeal it or create different law.
What does that mean? It means there will be lots of court challenges by the states.
It means we have to win 2010.
It means we have to have a longer goal: we must win 2012. We must not give up or relent. We must understand that this is a long process and never give up. NEVER GIVE UP! Read Jennifer Rubin's commentary:
Reader Renee asks me whether ObamaCare can be repealed if signed into law. The short answer is yes. First off, if they utilize the ” deem and pass” Slaughter Rule, there will be court challenges. And those states that pass prohibitions on the requirement for citizens to buy insurance will challenge the law as well. There will also be other legal challenges. But really, all it would take is a new law.
