The One nods, blames Bush for drug bill, complains drug bill wasn't paid for (like Congress had nothing to do with it). Bret confronts over using $500 billion twice, The ONe says, well, of course, we need a long term fix. (Presumably printing more money).
"Nobody's claiming this legislation is going to solve every problem...make sure trust fund (huh.lock box) will be safe for future."
