In light of the possibility of the Supreme Court striking down Obamacare in its entirety, the word around DC among insiders, is that the administration is already warning of summer chaos if the SC decision goes against them.
They are calling it a "Healthcare Warfare" plan. Their plan is to screw up the administrative machine so badly that there will be delays, confusion and then, the inevitable ANGER.
Obama will then point to the chaos and tell the American people "I told you so!"
His handlers will then run him against Congress, the Supreme Court, alleged racism and Wall Street -- the "white" knight (as it were) riding the charging stallion to save the nation and the sheeple who live in it.
The Anointed One will be running against everything and for nothing.
The word is that the "mandate" is about 80% gone and the rest of Obamacare is about 50/50.
When this happens, it will be no surprise. I say, bring it on big mouth!
