Bullier in chief's HHS chief covers herself with glory

  So the Bullier in Chief has a bullying campaign consists of two phases:

• Phase 1: Run commercials, programs and films discouraging bullying among children. Send Secretaries out to scorn bullying and bulliers. Encourage children to speak up against bullying.
• Phase 2: Continue to bully everybody who disagrees with him by calling them names like "flat earthers," encouraging his followers to bring a gun to a fight, demonize private citizens and being mean, mean, mean.

  His followers have learned that, if you're Barack Hussein Obama, you can be mean, mean, mean as long as you sorta smile and sneer when you are. Your followers will love you no matter what! And what you say doesn't even have to make sense.
  In the following video, you can watch airhead HHS Kathleen contradict herself but generally follow both phases of the plan. 
  First she tells kids not to call people jerks. Then she calls people jerks.
