Lots of aspersions are being hurled, considering the Republicans have done nothing yet: this is the most radical House ever (because they're not liberal); tea partiers must come from unhappy homes; Boehner's an idiot, a whack job, unstable, a drug addict; the American people are never satisfied, having had a fit this last election; the American people said they wanted Republicans to act more like democrats through this last election; it's radical to read the Constitution, a gimmick, pompous and self-righteous, according to the NY TImes (oh, and racist, too); who cares about the Constitution anyway?
And on it goes.
So go right ahead, peeps. Keep goin'. Make sure you make all your scenes in front of a camera, too, so we can record your behavior, mash it up, and play it again and again on Youtube and on all the blogs across the web.
Today's business: Karl Rove has observed that many waivers are being granted to The One's friends regarding Obamacare. Question to the Munster family member Nita Lowey: if Obamacare is so great, why is Sebelius giving so many waivers to friends of the administration?
Not to get back to Glenn Beck, but he's been saying food prices are going to be going up. Unfortunately for us, Beck is often right. How 'bout them food prices? Read at NRO:
Food prices are hitting record highs. Sugar, meat, oils — boom, boom, boom. Food-related products, like fertilizers, are on a pretty steep upward trajectory. (Even the reliably pessimisticcotton farmers are celebrating.) Inflation is nipping at the Chinese economy and threatens to exacerbate social unrest in the world’s largest for-profit police state.
Meanwhile, oil prices are zooming, and the boom in gold and other precious metals has been too amply remarked upon to bear further commentary here.Question: was the recently failed amnesty bill part of Obamacare?
Question: How many governors will be off the reservation as far as taxes go, including democrats?
Labor's coming class war.
Canada seems to have figured out lower tax rates are better. Hey, why don't we move our company to Canada? No chance of seizure by a nut like Chavez. And Canada's dropped its business tax rate. Smart, unlike other countries we know.
And here's another jaw dropping video of the ruin of Detroit, which was in 1960 the richest city in the United States but has been run by liberal spenders and crooked politicians since then. See the result here. In case you missed it, here's the one we pointed out earlier this week. It's truly disturbing and beautiful at the same time.
It sure doesn't look like America.
Oh, and how'd you like Nasty Nancy's longer speech, ranting, when introducing Boehner? Ugh and wow. That sure was ungracious.
But rest assured, mateys. The Golfer in Chief, who rented a house illegally in Hawaii and always goes by his own rules anyway, is hard at work.
